Do you come on-site for printers?
Yes. Most printer issues we sort at your home or office in the tri-city. Only heavy mechanical work (fuser, full paper-path overhaul) comes back to the workshop.

Can you refill or reset cartridges?
We supply compatible cartridges and do chip resets where the manufacturer allows it. We'll always tell you if refilling is a false economy for your specific model.
