Most on-site jobs (screen, keyboard, battery, SSD swap) are finished at your doorstep the same day, in front of you. Chip-level motherboard work and deep liquid damage need the workshop — usually 1 to 3 working days — and we only carry the failed part, not your whole device.

Most repairs happen at your doorstep, so your device never leaves your sight. On the rare chip-level case that needs the workshop, we take only the broken component — the failed logic board or display unit — and leave the rest of your machine with you. The part travels alone, never the whole device.

Repairs carry a 3-month warranty. OEM and original products/parts carry 1-year warranty where stated on the bill. Warranty is bill-backed only: no bill or invoice means no warranty.

Yes. Most screen, keyboard, battery and SSD jobs are finished at your home or office, in front of you, on the same visit. The technician arrives with parts and tools, does the work and leaves the device with you working.

Chip-level motherboard work, deep liquid damage and certain bonded assemblies (laser-separated back glass, fused display units) genuinely need workshop tools. In those cases we carry just the failed part back to the workshop. You keep the rest of your device — chassis, screen if it isn't the broken one, keyboard, every working internal part. The broken component travels alone.

Yes, for any repair above ₹2,000 across the full tri-city — and that includes both on-site visits and the rare workshop-bound part collection. For smaller jobs there's a ₹100 visit fee, waived once you confirm the repair.

Most on-site jobs (screen, keyboard, battery, SSD) wrap inside a single visit — usually 45 to 90 minutes at your address. Workshop-only work (chip-level motherboard, liquid damage) takes 2 to 3 working days, and the part comes back fitted to your device on a return visit.

Most jobs are done at your doorstep, so the device never leaves your sight. For workshop-bound chip-level work we only collect the failed component — never the whole device — with a signed acknowledgement, a unique job number and ₹50,000 in-transit insurance on the part.

Only after the device is working and you confirm it. For on-site jobs you pay the technician at your address; for workshop-bound part repairs you pay when we bring the fitted part back. Cash, UPI, card or net-banking.

We use Apple-grade OEM equivalents sourced through certified channels. If you specifically want a genuine Apple part for a particular model, ask us when you book and we'll see if we can source it.

Yes. Screen, battery and charging-port jobs are done at your home or office in front of you, usually inside an hour. Back glass replacement and deep water-damage recovery need our workshop, but we only carry the device for those specific jobs. Free across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur on any repair above ₹2,000.

If it's a 2012 to 2019 Intel model, almost certainly. Swapping the slow Fusion drive or HDD for an SSD often doubles the useful life of these machines.

Diagnostics within 24 hours. Most upgrades and component swaps wrap up in 1 to 2 working days. Display assemblies take 2 to 3 days.

We never wipe a drive without your written go-ahead. Anything storage-related, we back up first and confirm with you before doing anything destructive.

Retina display assemblies usually take 1 to 2 working days, depending on parts availability for your specific model.

Yes. We replace the entire top case (keyboard, battery, chassis) which is the only proper long-term fix for that design.

Depends on the size and panel type. A standard 15.6 inch HD screen starts at ₹3,500. FHD IPS, touch and 4K panels cost more. We confirm the price in writing before we open the lid.

Probably not. A no-power symptom is usually a faulty DC jack, charger, BIOS chip or capacitor. All repairable. Bring it in for a free diagnosis.

Almost always yes. Swapping a spinning HDD for an SSD is the single biggest speed boost any laptop can get. We do the data migration as part of the service.
