Offline is nearly always a driver, spooler or network glitch rather than a hardware fault. We clear the queue, reset the spooler and reconnect the printer so it shows ready again — often done remotely.

Can you set my printer up on Wi-Fi for the whole house?

Yes. We put the printer on your Wi-Fi and add it to every laptop and phone in the house or office, so anyone can print without a cable.

Ink is full but pages come out blank. Is that a 'not printing' fault?

That is usually a clogged or air-locked print head, not an ink problem. We run a deep head-clean and prime; if the head is permanently blocked we quote a replacement before going ahead.
