OnePlus 9 Pro green tint on the display. Hardware or firmware?
Started as a firmware bug, often becomes hardware after a few months. If the latest OxygenOS doesn't fix it, the panel needs replacement. ₹7,500 for an OnePlus 9 Pro AMOLED.
Nord 3 fingerprint sensor stopped working. Sensor or screen?
OnePlus Nord uses in-display fingerprint, so it's tied to the screen. If a recent OxygenOS reset doesn't restore it, the screen or sensor module is at fault. We diagnose for free.
My OnePlus 8 isn't fast-charging anymore. Cable or charger or phone?
Test order: cable, charger, phone. If you've tried two cables and the OnePlus Warp adapter still doesn't trigger, it's likely the charging IC on the phone. Repairable at ₹1,500 to 2,500.
Can you unbrick a OnePlus stuck on bootloop?
