Canon PIXMA showing B200 error. Replace it?
Often not. B200 is a print head temperature error and can frequently be fixed with a deep head clean and a firmware reset. Costs ₹800 to 1,500.
Do you refill Canon PIXMA G-series ink tanks?
Yes, with genuine Canon GI-series ink. Refills cost ₹350 per colour. We don't use third-party ink because it clogs Canon heads.
My Canon imageCLASS won't pick paper from the tray. Roller worn out?
Almost certainly. The pickup roller on imageCLASS LBP and MF models wears in 12 to 18 months of heavy use. ₹800 to fit a new one on-site.
How long does a Canon scanner glass cleaning take?
About 20 to 30 minutes on-site for both the platen and ADF assembly. We use IPA, not solvent. Included in any service callout above ₹500.
