Our 3-Month Warranty — What's Covered, What's Not
Repairs carry a 3-month warranty. OEM and original products/parts carry 1-year warranty where stated on the bill. Warranty is valid only with the original Lynix World bill or tax invoice. No bill means no warranty. All prices are in ₹ and 18% GST is extra unless a written quote says otherwise. What our warranty covers
- 3 months on repair work — if the same repaired fault returns because of faulty workmanship or the repaired component fails on its own, we inspect and repair it under warranty.
- 1 year on OEM/original products — OEM and original parts/products carry 1-year warranty only when the bill states that product grade and warranty period.
- Bill required — warranty claims must include the original Lynix World bill or tax invoice. No bill means no warranty claim can be accepted.
- Tax invoice available — GSTIN 04BHAPD3122Q1ZN, Tax Payer Name LYNIX WORLD. 18% GST is extra.
What it doesn't cover
- Subsequent physical damage — if you drop the device after our repair and the new screen cracks, that's a fresh repair.
- Liquid damage — coming after the repair. We'll diagnose it as a new job at our usual rates.
- Unauthorised tampering — if another technician opens the device after our repair, our warranty becomes void on the parts they may have touched.
- No bill or mismatched bill — if the original bill is missing, altered, or does not match the device/product, warranty is not valid.
- Unrelated faults — a battery replacement warranty doesn't cover a charging-port fault that develops separately. We'll quote that as its own job.
- Software issues caused by you — failed iOS update, deleted system files, etc. We can help, but this is separate work.

Keep the original bill or tax invoice. It has your job number, device/product details, GST details where applicable, and warranty period.

Repair, replacement or manufacturer/OEM claim
Repair warranty claims are handled by Lynix World. OEM/original product warranty claims may require manufacturer/OEM process depending on the product and bill terms.

What warranty do repairs carry?
Repairs carry a 3-month warranty from the bill date. The original Lynix World bill or tax invoice is required for every warranty claim.
What warranty do OEM and original products carry?
OEM and original products/parts carry 1-year warranty where stated on the bill. The warranty follows the product grade and terms written on the invoice.
Can I claim warranty without a bill?
No. Warranty is bill-backed only. If there is no bill, altered bill, or a bill that does not match the device/product, there is no warranty.
Is GST included in the listed price?
No. Listed prices are indicative. 18% GST is extra unless a written quote or tax invoice clearly says inclusive.
Does warranty cover a different fault on the same device?
No. A battery replacement warranty does not cover a separately developing screen fault. We will quote the new fault as its own job. But existing customers get priority pickup and a 10% loyalty discount on any second repair within 6 months.
I dropped the phone after the repair and the screen broke. Is that covered?
No, subsequent physical damage is not covered. The new screen is a new job at our regular rate. We will show you the comparison invoice though, so you can see what discount applies if any.
My device went to another shop after Lynix. Does warranty still apply?
Only on the parts they did not touch. If they opened the device the warranty becomes void on the parts in their access path. The reason is simple: once another technician has been inside, we cannot verify what changed.
