Common on HP DeskJet and OfficeJet. The chip on a refilled cartridge gets locked after one or two refills. We do chip resets where legally allowed, or supply a fresh compatible cartridge.
My HP LaserJet is making smudgy prints. Drum or fuser?
Vertical streaks are usually the drum. Wavy smudges are the fuser. We diagnose on-site and quote before changing any part. Drum units start at ₹2,500, fusers at ₹3,500.
HP Smart Tank not printing after refill. Air lock?
Yes, very common. Smart Tank heads air-lock easily after refilling. We do an ultrasonic head clean and a deep prime that almost always restores normal flow. ₹800 to 1,500.
